One-to-One Mentoring Through Boxing
Not every young person feels comfortable walking into a busy gym or participating in large boxing events.
We offer individual coaching for young people who need a calmer, more personal approach within the boxing community. Whether your child is neurodivergent, lacks confidence, struggles socially, experiences severe social anxiety, has invisible disabilities, is shy, hypersensitive, has oppositional disorder, or is at risk of making poor choices, our sessions focus on building trust first and boxing training second. Kindness.
Every session is tailored to the individual, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and positive routines at their own pace.
There are plenty of boxing clubs, but far fewer coaches in the boxing community can genuinely connect with young people who are struggling—whether they are anxious, neurodivergent, acting out, or making poor choices. That's what sets this place apart. We lead with empathy: coach, team, and family. We don’t just teach boxing training—we listen, we understand, and we help young people find a better way forward, preparing them for a positive future in both their lives and our boxing events.
Credibility matters in the boxing community. Ben is fully qualified, DBS checked, first-aid trained, and operates within recognised boxing and safeguarding frameworks. He has delivered programmes for councils, schools, and community organisations, showcasing his professionalism not just in boxing training but also in every aspect of our involvement with local boxing events.
